This Cancellation & Refund Policy ("Policy") describes how subscription cancellations are handled and clarifies our position on refunds. It is published by Vedant Enterprise (operating under the brand name LeadFilter) and applies to all Customers who subscribe to the LeadFilter platform available at leadfilterai.in.
This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
LeadFilter operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a Customer has been charged for a subscription, the amount paid is final and will not be refunded under any circumstances, except for the limited exceptions set out in Section 04 below.

Every prospective Customer is granted a free trial period of seven (7) consecutive days, beginning from the date the trial is activated by us. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service before any commitment is made.
For larger enterprise organisations, we may grant an extended evaluation period of two to three weeks on a case-by-case basis. Extended trials are negotiated separately and confirmed in writing. The standard seven-day trial otherwise applies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges from being processed, but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.
To cancel your subscription, you may use either of the following methods:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until that date. After the end of the cycle, no further charges will be processed and your account will be marked inactive.
We will send a written confirmation of your cancellation to the email address registered with your account within three (3) working days of receiving your request. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us again to ensure the cancellation has been recorded.
